AIDS Walk 2005

Many of you may have heard about Whitman-Walker Clinic in Washington, DC and the
major financial crisis they have been going through. WWC is THE primary HIV/AIDS
resource in Washington, DC, and has been featured in such mags like POZ. The
services provided by WWC are tremendous and proven to be effective.



Please consider making a contribution, either on behalf of your group, yourself,
or maybe in remembrance of a loved one. Every little bit helps. I know we all
get bombarded with orgs and charities asking for money. I can speak from first
hand experience and on behalf of the DCYngPozSocials, that WWC is one of those
orgs who are doing something to make a difference for those living with HIV/AIDS
and for education, outreach and prevention.



The DCYngPozSocials will be walking as a team this year. If you would like us
to walk in remembrance of somebody, please let us know. We will be wearing
slips of paper with people's names on it to signify this.
