fight against HIV/AIDS, featuring panelists:

The power of the media to influence popular opinion is unparalleled.
In India and Russia where AIDS is a growing threat, leadership from
the media is quickly bringing attention and action to the epidemic.
The distinguished panel of speakers will discuss the new media
responses to HIV and AIDS in India and Russia, as well as give their
perspectives on the role the industry must play going forward.

Please join the Asia Society, Healing the Divide, Heroes Project,
Kaiser Family Foundation and Transatlantic Partners Against AIDS for
an evening program to discuss how the media is responding to the
public health challenge, and what more must be done in the struggle
against AIDS in India and Russia.

Select panels from the Global AIDS Memorial Quilt will be on display
throughout the evening.
