Our Day Center provides quality support and intervetion services
resulting in an improved quality of life, increased life expectancy,
reduced social isolation and few high risk behavior relapses. A
variety of case management services that include substance use
counseling and HIV education curriculum, recreation and pastoral care
are offered.

ALL STAFF are BILINGUAL

ELIGIBILITY:
This program is designed for HIV men/women and their families
struggling with substance use, mental illness and accessing Health
care.
