All you need to do is move forward and be glad that now you know so that now
when you have sex, you'll have safe sex. I'm married almost twenty-two years.
Nine years into my marraige, I found out that I was positive. I'd contracted the
virus from unprotected sex before I married and had carried the virus for eleven
years without ever knowing. Thankfully, my husband never contracted the virus
from me. It's actually pretty difficult for a man to contract HIV from a woman,
although it can and does happen.

You can work through this if you want to. As hard as it is right now, be glad
you now know.
