Important Indy Gathering Information
June 20-22
"Friendship, Knowledge and Support!"

Hello everyone! I hope you're all ready to arrive here safe n' sound
in June as we can't wait to see your smiling faces! New and old!

Some items that need addressed:

1.) We need your RSVP's ASAP! You love us right? We love you
too...and want to show you a GREAT time and need to know the amount
of people to expect in order to do that! The payment time-line is as
follows:
BEFORE MAY 15TH : $35
MAY 15TH - JUNE 15TH : $45
AT THE DOOR : $50

Now, let's go over what you're paying for:

Included in your registration fee is ALL of the following:

*Friday Evening Tent Party "The Love Boat!" : Dinner, Beer and $1
mixed drinks (what a deal!)
*Saturday @ the park : Lunch Buffet and Soda's
*Saturday Evening @ Small town Lapel : LITE munchies. (We recommend
you eat before hand or go hog wild at the lunch buffet)

We feel, and have been told at past Indy Gatherings that this is
QUITE a deal. We hope you feel that way too. We keep our event as
cheap as possible...thus the larger numbers of attendees. The only
thing you'll really need to worry about is your hotel room and drinks
on Saturday night (which are Small-Town cheap!!!)

2.) PRIVACY is important to us!!! We know what is like, we have a
large Indy group and they have the most to worry about regarding
privacy so if that was an issue would THEY still come? I think not.
It's not an issue. We respect your privacy, always have, always
will. We work and live here, it's just as important to us as it is
to you.

3.) HPV'ers (doesn't that sound lovely? lol) are just as welcome as
HSV'ers. It's a H event. We all know how it feels, we need each
other for support, that's what it's all about. PLEASE COME!!

4.) (This one always makes me laugh) The gatherings are not "orgies"
or anything like that. They are parties like any other....but far
more exciting for us because we're finally in a surrounding where
we're no longer alone with H. Different people come looking for
different things of course, just like at any other party, but as a
rule....that is NOT what we are about. We're about friendship,
knowledge and support.

5.) For those that have already sent payments: I'm working on
getting those confirmations out to you ASAP...please bear with me!!
I have a life too!!

6.) Our theme this year is "The Love Boat"...bring your skipper hats
and climb aboard cuz we're gonna ROCK THE BOAT IN 03'!!

7.) MOST IMPORTANTLY: If you have ANY question or concerns AT
ALL....please feel free to email us! We promise to do our very best
to answer them HONESTLY.

NOW...get those payments sent! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
