This years event will be held in the VIP Room of the Frog Bear and
Wild Boar bar in downtown Columbus in the Arena District.

Frog Bear and Wild Boar Bar is one of the most lively and fun clubs in
town! Great music, lots of dancing, good food, and most of all it is a
BLAST! Also, at Frog Bear the band Elevation will be playing. They are
a U2 Tribute band and are awesome!!!

I have the VIP room reserved for us and we will have our own private
cash bar, food will be included with admission! We have the VIP room
from 7:00PM-12 Midnight. So, if you join us there ask for the VIP room
and the door people will show you where we are.

The hotel I picked is about a 5 minute drive from the Frog Bear and
Wild Boar. I attempted to find a hotel downtown but the rates were way
to high. So I found a nice affordable place. The hotel we are staying
at is The Varsity Inn which is near OSU Campus. You can find more

The rates are around $50-60 a night.

Registration will go from 3:00-6:30 at The Buckeye Hall of Fame Cafe
which is right next door to the Varisty Inn. I will send out

affordable so that more people could attend!
