I am now looking for a diet plan to assist me with my sinus problem. Can anyone
provide me with information as to the type of foods i should use and those i
should avoid.
I started using soy milk daily. Is that a bad move?

If I were you I would look for a detox diet that excludes wheat, dairy, red meat, sugar and processed foods. That is what I did, for a month, and it worked for...
