It's hard to say for sure, but I think it would be hard to do a trip 4 hours
away.

I also work at a daycare and took two weeks off. I probably could have went
back a few days early but not much. I had really bad headaches after the surgery
though.

asking because I scheduled our family vacation, but then had to cancel plans so
I can have my surgery and my son's ear tubes put in. We still have the week off
(I do daycare, so not easy to get time off) and I don't want to waste the whole

I was only 14 when I had my deviated septum repaired so my easy recovery may not be relevant. I just wanted to say that it drastically reduced my problems...
