I'm having deviated septum fixed and endoscopic. Do I really have to lay low a whole week? Would I be able to take my kids to a zoo 4 hours away? I'm asking because I scheduled our family vacation, but then had to cancel plans so I can have my surgery and my son's ear tubes put in. We still have the week off (I do daycare, so not easy to get time off) and I don't want to waste the whole week . Anyone who has had surgery and can give input on after surgery activity? How did you feel?
