I agree. Unless you have some inherent condition that makes surgery
very dangerous, I cannot imagine how a lifetime of cycling on and off
prednisone and antibiotics, even only a few times a year, can be safe
or healthy. Once surgery opens up those structures and permits
drainage, the number of sinus infections should go way down. At least
go get a second opinion.
