Hello,
What type of follow up care have you been getting? After my surgery, I
had to rinse my sinuses a couple of times a day with Neilmed (a saline
solution). I saw the doctor 2 or 3 times within the first 2 weeks.
Each time, he suctioned out a lot of blood. I had to sleep sitting up
for a long time. I slept with and wore an ice pack on and off all day.
It seems that unless you get the right care after the surgery, it's
all in vain.
