I think I need to keep out sugar for life. My allergies.
Have my ENT appt. today. Still have middle ear infection that never goes away. Sinuses feel better but that is cause I"m on antibiotics I'm sure, then back to hell.
Doc says I have :
Turbinate hypertrophy
Concha bullosa
Anyone heard of these?
