So it's in the frontal sinus - the good part is that it is easier
to get meds to than most of the others. The bad part is difficulty in
draining out what is in there.
Even though you are obviously not hypersensitive to mold spores
(like many Chronic Rhino-Sinusitis patients are). I would still
try the old 50-100 microgram/ml irrigation to kill it off.
I would warm the mixture to body temperature, if it's still too
painful, a small amount of salt can be used to offset the PH.
