I also found diet to be a huge issue in all my health problems. I had
the same issue, antibiotics would work but infections came right back.
Now I HATE antibiotics and will literally only accept them in a life-
threatening emergency. But I did a serious detox diet (the Body Ecology
Diet) and never went back to gluten, being gluten-free is great for my
health. Even if you don't technically have celiac disease the protein
gluten is hard to digest and can cause problems for a lot of people.
Same with casein (in dairy) which is why many sinus sufferers do better
off dairy, or on raw dairy, since pasteurization is generally what
makes milk so allergenic by breaking down the cell structure. Just some
thoughts...I would check out the book, "Sinus Survival". I wish I had
tried all the natural alternatives before bombarding my body with
antibiotics.
