Hi Sue..thanks for the speedy reply and the info..I am heating up a
washcloth in the micro as I type..as you unfortunately know first
hand..I am getting desperate to stop this pain and I really cannot think
past it..let alone function normally..hey..maybe I should just go gray
and forgeddabout the dye jobs! thanks..Claire
