Re: [helpsinuses] Herbal Remedies

Should I get food allergy tested?  I'm starting to think that could be part of the problem.  I don't know, I'm so desperate to solve my issue!!!!!!!  It's been ongoing for so long.  I have seen several doctors that put me on allergy meds, antibiotics, steriods and they don't seem to do much.  Has anyone done a yeast free diet for sinus problems and has it helped?

Jillian,
It is likely a candida problem. If that's the case then, yes you'd
need to starighten out food, gut and digestion issues in order for the
sinuses to improve. You can check out a yahooo group called
candidiasis.

I personally do not use herbal stuff, uh, drinking lots of water may or may not thin out the mucous, a trip to your local health food store could not hurt....
