Far worse than you? I don't think so!!!! Maybe we
should print these & take them with us to the doctor next time we
go see "them". Especially if you're seeing a new
one.
I fired my ENT!!!!!! I found one that wanted to help me!!!!!
wow this sounds a lot like what I have been going through for the last year and a half. Two ENT and a general practitioner and I am worse today then when I started.
I told all of them I feel better on cephlexon (antibiotic) but they all say nothing is there. None took a culture, one did take a cat scan, nothing there.
Yet here I sit with migraines, earaches, swollen glands, facial pain and now the cephlexon isn't working as good as it did. Sure it probably wasn't the right antibiotic to start with.
Sorry to vent I know there are many here who are far worse then me and I am so sorry for that. Its just very frustrating, where do you turn.

He immediately ran a CULTURE and ordered a "Post-Op" C-Scan.
Guess what? I have had a STAPH infection since surgery (3 1/2 months
ago)!
Tree different Docs have had me take 100 Augmentin pills, 21 Avelox
pills,
two rounds of Prednisone, and numerous decons, sprays and antihist
pills! NOT ONE of these three knuckleheads offered to take a
culture or do a "post-op" C-Scan. This strain of Staph is RESISTANT
to 13 different antibiotics, to include the two I have been NUKING
my body with!!! My new ENT is actually sending my culture results
to the CDC for their review and data gathering purposes. I will know
in a week if I am a candidate for intravenious antibiotics. Pills for
now.
I am sooooo damn MAD!!!! I know this is not nearly as serious
as some of the posts that I have read on these boards, and thank God
for that, BUT, I still think I have been grossly wronged and
neglected by these people that I HIRED to heal me, and, therefore
intend to
sue them if I can find an attorney who thinks I have a case!
Good luck to all of you. Fight, and don't give up!
Will keep you all posted on further developements.
