Dear HelpSinuses Memebers:
Some time back I suggested "humming" as a way to help alleviate sinus
problems. This was based on recent university research which you can
find on my website under "Research & Tips." Has anyone tried regular
humming? You need to do it for a few minutes at a time at least three
times a day. As you hum, be sure to sense the vibrations going up
into your sinuses. This will help bring blood and oxygen into the
area to promote healing.
Has anyone tried it yet? If not, you may be missing out on a powerful
tool to help your problem.
