I don't understand how you have chronic sinusitis without an
infection??? chronic sinusitis is by definition, an infection of the
sinuses that has lasted over about 3 months.
If you have a low level chronic infection in the sinuses caused by
atypical, cell wall deficient, intracellular anaerobic parasites,( I
am assuming your sinuses have been cultured and have been found to be
negative for pathogenic bacteria) then going up into a tall building
could give them the edge over your immune system enough to
excacerbate symptoms. In other words, The higher you go, the less
pressure your body is under, and the less oxygen to your cells.
Anaerobes thrive in underoxygenated tissue. Do a little reading about
hyperbarics. It is oxygenation therapy under high pressure, like
going deep under the earths surface and breathing high oxygen.

getting clogged all weekend...just wondering if that could've been
the cause.
