I also recommend sterimar with manganese for allergies-I use it only at night
and I have done away with morning rhinitis.During the day I use another type
which is not sea water .It is sodium chloride with sterilized water also used for
babies by the company Chicco.it is softer(milder) than sea water and I use it
as much as I want throught the day. I have been doing this treatment for three
months as well as inhlations when I think I have something coming and so far
can breathe/smell fine,and dont even have this chronic sore throat.
