One man shared that he has too many red blood cells ... Hmm ... when I heard he had flu symptoms 2 years ago ... and very high blood sugar , I suspected exposure to 2-butoxyethanol.  Wonder whether in his case the reticulocyte count got stuck?

Are these mostly  AUTOIMMUNE issues?

How to Tell whether 2-butoxyethanol type chemical harmed you

Remember a time with flu-like symptoms, but it wasn't the flu? Eyes burning and hurting; urine turns dark ... and HORRIBLE FATIGUE that lasts and lasts and lasts? A a grouchiness you didn't have before.  Example
Is there blood in urine?  *  Gather all urinalysis since this fatigue started
What is the Retic Rate? Track it over time.  Why Fatigue  Acquired Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia  Examples  1975 Acute Attack of AIHA  Why isn't it ordered?
What is the size and shape of red blood cells

Check the kidneys.  The kidneys produce hormones that

help build strong bones and

help form red blood cells. Check pituitary

Do you have several of these health ailments:
  • A Give you doctor the Big Picture
  • B Any of these health concerns?
  • C Similar list, just restated
  • D  Suspected  'pattern of harm'
  • E
Gather copies of your own blood info - and ask some questions about your immune system    Men  Women
Bacteria in blood & urine would not be uncommon  Even expected
Bio-markers?
Rheumatology or Neurology Problem?
Were the red blood cell counts dropping over time?
Even if in the 'normal range?'  (Maybe doctors might find the immature red blood cells, but most of the time not.)  They often find the blood in urine but don't realize its significance.
After a LONG time (15+ years) the blood in urine may not be as findable, but in an acute attack, it is there.  Also the reticulocyte count needs to be tracked over time.   Showing up high in an acute attack ... (at 2.5 days most obvious) & over a long time ... too low ... but still the CBC (complete blood counts) don't look much off

I wonder whether FDR's similar symptoms were from 2nd hand exposure? Did he meet with WWII Officers & soldiers who were sufficiently exposed to it?

Don't forget, there is a strong 'second hand' solvent exposure with 2-butoxyethanol (n-butyl ether chemicals)  The 'gulf war' troops wondered why their children born before the 90-91 war & their spouses were coming down with the same 'symptoms'

Most likely there would be a realization that the immune system is overactive ... but not going after bacteria as it should - Attacking the person, & some viruses.  The immune system becomes instantly autoimmune.  And there are a whole host of autoimmune issues to deal with after it starts with the red blood cells:  test for autoimmune hemolytic anemia.

Any of these symptoms of hemolytic anemia  *
Chills
Fatigue
Pale color
Shortness of breath
Rapid heart rate
Yellow skin color (jaundice
Dark urine (indicative of blood in urine - never dismiss this! Stop exposure immediately!)
Enlarged spleen

If too many immature red blood cells, other tests may be off

This chemical also causes:  Narcosis
Damage to the kidney
Damage to the liver
Present an abnormal blood picture showing: Erythropenia
Present an abnormal blood picture showing: Reticulocytosis
Present an abnormal blood picture showing: Granulocytosis
Present an abnormal blood picture showing: Leukocytosis
Likely to Cause Fragility of Erythrocytes
Likely to Cause Hematuria

  • from Hemat = blood and
  • uria = of urine

·         Hematuria simply means blood in the urine

Causes Central Nervous System (CNS) DEPRESSION   *

Difficulty concentrating

Short term memory loss

Very irritable `fly off the handle all the time over nothing'

Difficulty sleeping

Suicidal Tendencies

Central Nervous System DEPRESSION

Loss of taste
Headaches and Stupor.

Causes skin irritation.
Causes severe eye irritation - damage to tissue possible
Irritating to mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract

2-butoxyethanol  and

For those with strong, DIRECT exposure(s) (not birth defect effects) ... To find the harm of 2-butoxyethanol - you have to prove the fatigue of CFS, CFIDS...
