I also had some good response, but it went away after a couple of days.
The good response was when the larvae were circulating in my blood. I heard that all sorts of temporary benefits would come and go- but I hope, like you, that this is a good sign of what is to come! When the larvae went into my lungs, the benefit seemed to go.
My cough has lasted, but generally it was in the morning. Then (I counted them) I tend to need to cough 12-20 times. Nothing bad, just a soft cough, like I need to clear my throat. No phlegm, but I need to cough.
Otherwise, I am doing well. The next week or two and the larvae should begin to attach to my gut- I will let you know how it goes.
Nice to hear how it is going with you!

good sign indeed.
