so sorry that happened to you..its an awful feeling. I dont know about yours because you may be different from me and i wouldnt want to tell you to worry or not to w orry b/c i dont know you ..i can only share that i have felt those horrible thuds and beat in my chest too and i have a pacemaker and i have atrial fibrillation soo i do know what it feels like.. on my last pacemaker check last week in 3 mo i had over 2400 PVC' or premature ventricular contractions and my pacer went off about 5 or 6 times per day so its savi;ng me alot...but ialo have angina/chest pain and found out it is called coronary spasms and i now wear a nitroglycerin patch on my chest and it help alot...I had a mild heart attack in 2005 and got the atrial fib after that and now on Coumadin /blood thinner rest of my life..yuk.. but when i had the heart attack , i felt neck pain and down my left arm and my chest felt like pressure on it and i felt clammy and nauseaus...so if you ever do feel like that, go straight to the hospital or anytime you are worried dont hesitate to go...that what they tell us...love,suzanne ..**good luck
