Catheter ablation

Hi Gillian, I hope that your procedure went well today. I had a
catheter ablation for SVT last year. I had some sedation but was awake
throughout the procedure which lasted about two hours. There was a
little pain after as expected and the only thing that really surprised
me was how long my legs ached for. I planned to return to work after 3
days but needed a couple of extra days off. The aching lasted about
two weeks in total but now i'm feeling great. It's great to be free
from drugs and the side effects. Good luck with your recovery, take
care.
