As consumers, we are grateful for the option of purchasing our hearing aids from H.I.S dispensers. Without them, the Audiology profession would have a tighter monopoly on hearing aid sales and our choices would be less then they are now.

The process for selling hearing aids is highly unethical, and may be fraudulent. All those involved in the Hearing Aid Industry are guilty for forcing us to be beholden to them. The result is that Hearing Aid Industry makes huge profits, upwards of 3-400% and more while reaching just 20% of us.
