1) Gary B reported a skin condition that wouldn't resolve:
" I had suffered with this over a month; it itched something awful,
formed a visible rash and also caused swelling or a personal nature.
I was unsure as to the nature of this problem. I
had tried first rhull gel, then hydrocortisone cream (in case it
was a contact dermatitis), then tinactin (fungal cream), then
an anti-yeast cream and finally with hydrogen peroxide. All these
over the counter remedies met with no success. While waiting to see
the doctor, and out of ideas, I tried the miracle ii products.
After a few days of washing with miracle ii soap and applying
the neutralizer the condition went away."

**Note when washing skin with the soap always dilute it. It is very
concentrated.

2) Plant Care: Adding 2 oz neutralizer to 1 gal water helped
Robin's plants look beautiful.

3) Remember: After you soak in the tub with the soap and
neutralizer liquid, take that water and recycle it- you can use
it to keep your pipes from clogging, on plants (but it may remove
the flowering part so some people just use it for leafy plants) and
use it outside your door to ward off ants.

4) Someone who uses the laundry ball in their massage practice told
me that when you massage with it in a counter-clockwise direction it
is good for pain reduction and in a clockwise direction it creates
more energy. They use it with a little gel when they
give a massage. If your feet are sore, put the laundry ball on the
floor and roll it back and forth underneath your foot. There are
thousands of nerves in the feet and this will wake them up.

5) The ph of the soap is 9 and the neutralizer is 8.4.

6) Remember that our body's ph can be changed by anger and negative
emotions. I went to an interesting meditation class where the focus was on
gratitude around people we find to be irritating. The teacher said, "If you
don't have an irritating person in your life, you will wish for this by the end
of the class. We can't deeply change without having someone who pushes our
buttons." She said to think each time we
are in a difficult situation, "What is this teaching me".

Okay, back to miracle ii. If you are sending off kids to camp, pack
up in tiny bottles, some soap, gel and neutralizer. This comes
in handy for burns, infections and insect bites. My nephew turned
his whole bunk on to it. You don't want kids to scratch themselves
when they have insect bites as it can lead to impetigo which is

I noticed some people are still buying a lot of products that they don't have to
because they don't realize that miracle ii can do many things. For instance, use

Phil's chronic hay fever - gone for good!


I was dying with hay fever when I was introduced to these products. I
had tried everything, including over-the-counter products and every
naturopathic and homeopathic remedy under the sun and nothing

Raymond contracted poison Ivy, Oak and Sumac all at the same time.
After rubbing the Miracle II Neutralizer Gel on, there was no more
itch and it promoted faster healing. We also found that it worked well
on numerous bug bites.

After using the Soap and Neutralizer, as suggested for brushing
teeth, we have found that our teeth are whiter and our gums are

As a therapist I see a lot of illnesses due to stress as well of

I started using moisturizer on my hair before shampooing it (I put
it on for about 10 minutes before going in shower) and it seems
to really make it soft.

Sometimes it's hard to get kids to exercise or do things aside from
video games. One thing I've been doing in counseling is a simple
technique with kids to help diffuse anger or anxiety. I'll tell
them to just taking 4 deep and slow breaths when they are about to
say something they don't want to say. Visualize that when you
exhale you are exhaling out all the negative
thoughts like smoke coming out of your body. Kids are very visual.

Oh one more thing I don't think I mentioned. My nephews' caretaker
after school had a horrible furnace problem with carbon monoxide and
was sick for a few days (and had to vacate the premises till her
landlord dealt with it). I gave her some soap and she took a bath

meditation class I take called, "Exchanging Self with Other". What
this means is you really put yourself in the other person's shoes
looking at how they see you. Pick someone you find irritating or
challenging. This is a very interesting exercise if you think about
a co-worker or someone you find hard.

Last friday I was at a traffic light and dropped my water bottle and
my foot came off brake and I gently tapped someone's car. She was
furious and called the police. She started saying her neck and back
were injured etc and I hit her very hard. Although I couldn't do it
at the time,when I got home I sat on my cushion and try to see how
she was perceiving me. Of course I am not sure if this is right, but
I experienced her seeing me as uncaring, trying to minimize what she
was going through and thinking I was a smooth-talker because the
police man didn't give me a ticket. I really did feel compassion and
saw it from her side when I did the exercise. Try it with someone
you find difficult in your life.

  A Meditation for Off the Cushion:


I went to a meditation class a few weeks ago where the teacher had
an interesting point. He said that we are always discriminating
externally such as, "Should I get teak wood or maple wood for my
living room"? "Do I want chicken with garlic sauce or chicken with
brocoli"? "Should I get an external hard drive to backup my computer
data or use an online service"?

He posed a very good question: How often do we ask the
question , "Is this state of mind I am now in going to be uplifting
or is it a negative state of mind that will lead towards a downard
spiral"? This is a great little meditation to do when you see
your mind reacting to traffic, co-worker conflict and other
situations.

It is simple but can be carried into daily life in so many
situations. Is this state of mind useful or is it going to lead to
emotional turmoil and agitation?

Comments on Miracle II From Customers:

My hands were so dry they were always cracked and usually bleeding.
The itching was unbearable and I was on medication. I was introduced
to miracle ii products and a bit skeptical. I began washing my
hands with the soap twice a day. I would also apply the neutralizer

I am a massage therapist specializing in deep muscle

I'm a little bit embarrassed that months have gone by since this is
a monthly newsletter! Anyway I hope to make up for it by getting
this out now each month regularly. We're going to cover some
interesting topics today.

Watching Your Mind:

Are you practicing watching your reactions to different situations?
I had a teacher who once said something I couldn't stop thinking
about for a while. He said that if you've felt a certain emotion
many times in your life , how could it be CAUSED by the person in
front of you? For example, someone gets you angry by calling you too
late at night. Yet you've felt anger many times previously. Is the
anger due to that person's action or there something inside of you
that is stimulated by that person's phone call. For instance, you
may have the expectation people should only call me during hours I
think are reasonable. If you've felt anger or jealousy a zillion
times before is it actually now due to the person right in front of
you? This is a hard point to get or sometimes you can feel you get
it and lose it.. But it is good to meditate on!

In the same vein, if you have a sore spot on your arm and someone
brushes by and you feel it hurt you'd think , "There's something
wrong with my arm, I need to fix that." You see the problem as
internal. But with our emotions, it's different. If someone says or
does something that makes us irritated, we don't think there's
something inside us we need to fix. Instead we think, "This person
is so annoying and has to be stopped." Why wouldn't we think we need
to see why we get irritated and fix it internally?

Let's look at the Body now:

How important is PH? We know what a PhD is, but what about Ph??

We know that our pool grows algae if the ph is off. But do we think
about our own acid/alkaline balance? A common occurence of being too
acidic is heartburn. We feel that stomach acid backflow into the
esophagus and it's not comfortable.

Other ph imblances include fatigue, hypoglycemia, mental health
problems and immune system issues.Some people are good at fighting
off flus and colds that are around them. We call this a good immune
system and one contribution to this is that the acid/alkaline
balance is at a proper proportion.

If you suffer from yeast or fungus you are too acidic usually.

Being Peaceful Off the Meditation Cushion:

Many people are able to get out of difficult emotions,
repetitive self-talk and anxiety feeling during the
time of a yoga class, meditation practice, prayer
or tai chi. It is wonderful to get a taste of
something outside of our usual habits.

The challenge is how to sustain this awareness and
not immediately lose it. I think awareness is
the first clue. Did you ever leave a yoga class
peaceful but within 10 minutes find yourself
being annoyed at a driver in front of you? Do you
feel harmonious inside during meditation but
find it gets disturbed easily by a phone call
that gets under your skin? I once had a teacher
who said , "I want to know what you are doing
the 23 hours when you are NOT on the meditation
cusion."

That to me is a very important part of any practice-
becoming aware of one's trigger points. One helpful
practice is to see whoever is in front of you as
your teacher. If you have a reaction inside of you
that's a clue there's something to work on. Be
grateful that this person is stimulating you to
see your own stuff rather than fall into resentment
about their actions. This is a great 24/7 practice.

Dealing with Negative Emotions:

Although this book has been out for a few years, I
just started reading Loving what Is by Byron Katie
recently. It's a very practical guide for dealing
with negative emotions and helps you "turn around"
your mood of anger, depression, resentment,
disappointment etc.

What is refreshing about it, is that you own
your reactions rather than stay fixed in
the "story" or feeling of blame towards another
person. YOu write out a short worksheet called
"Judge Your Neighbor" and you really let loose
in your anger. Then you ask yourself 4 questions
and it helps you turn it around.

In one dialogue a woman said that
she needs her husband to "open his heart",
she was asked, "How do you react when you
think that thought?" She realized she closes
her heart towards him. She saw the paradox
that she wants him to open his heart to her
while she's closed and judging him. Anyway,
it's very inspiring and you can hear tapes
and videos free at the website.

Organization:

If you feel things are chaotic around the house,
you're not alone. Julie Morgenstern has some good
tips in "Organizing from the Inside Out". One
thing I learned from the book is that you should
start with YOU. For example if you tend to do
your bills in the living room while watching
tv, then that's where you should have a little
table or desk to do it. Don't just think
you should have an office in the basement
if you'll never work there. Start with where
you do things around the house and then
organize the furniture and areas around that.

I've received a few emails this week on ways

struck me:


1) My daughter was going through "hormonal changes"
and very moody. She took a 40 minute bath
before bed and remarked how she felt better than

  How's Your Breathing

I wanted to talk about the importance of deep breathing as a
stress reduction tool and for health in terms of oxygenation
of the cells.  There was a very good scene in the new Clint
Eastwood movie where he tells a striving female boxer that
she is exhausted because she  isn't breathing. Many people
breathe shallowly or hold their breath in when situations
are uncomfortable. This makes us fatigued and  unenergetic.
One good tool is to close the right nostril off and slowly
breathe through the left side. Begin by filling the
diaphragm, then  feel the ribs expand and finally feel the
breath in the top of the lungs. Hold it for 5 to 10 seconds.
Then slowly exhale and hold breath  out for 5 seconds. Stay
on that side doing it. After a few minutes switcch and cover
the left nostril breathing through the right side.  This
will open up both hemispheres of the brain and add more
balance between the parasympathetic nervous system and
sympathetic nervous system. The mind follows the breath so
if it slows down so will the monkey mind.

1) My Mother suffers from arthritis, so I called her and
said, "Mom, this is not an option,  you need to order some

She bought the product and I told her what to do with it.
This was on a Friday and the following Monday she was going
in for an epidermal because the arthritis was so bad  they
gave her shots for the pain.

I thought we'll never know if it works on Mom, but she
called me last weekend and  said, "Honey, I've got to have
more of this product. I've been doing what you said and my
age spots are going away!"

Her friend has had a scalp problem for years and none of

2)Talk about cost effective! If I were to fill up a 32 oz.
spray bottle at home I put 1 oz. soap and 1 oz. nuetralizer
and fill the rest of the bottle up with water. This mixture
cleans everything beautifully. It cleans glass spotlessly,
chrome shines up, it disinfects, and actually seems to keep
areas cleaner longer. One of my gals at work said to me
about a week into using the soap..."I would think these
bathrooms had already been cleaned when I come in at night
to clean them except for the paper towels in the cans!" Even
some of my employees who aren't so great at the details of
cleaning can't loose when they use the soap to clean with.
It looks fabulous when they're done. I believe that we bless
every person whose desk is sprayed and wiped off weekly with
this product! Wiping walls off is a breeze with this as
