Oh one more thing I don't think I mentioned. My nephews' caretaker
after school had a horrible furnace problem with carbon monoxide and
was sick for a few days (and had to vacate the premises till her
landlord dealt with it). I gave her some soap and she took a bath
and said the water was brown/black afterwards. She took 2 a day for
a few days and also felt tremendously re-energized. Please don't
forget about the baths! They really are amazing and what you can do
is bring in a radio or put your cell phone on speaker phone and call
a friend for 1/2 an hour.
