Welcome everyone to the first issue of the Healthy Body and
Home Newsletter. It will come out monthly and discuss tips
for improved living as well as some ways to use the
miracle ii products to aid in healing and as a chemical free
alternative. I'll be drawing on my background as a social
worker and yoga teacher for areas of interest to discuss.

How's Your Breathing

I wanted to talk about the importance of deep breathing as a
stress reduction tool and for health in terms of oxygenation
of the cells. There was a very good scene in the new Clint
Eastwood movie where he tells a striving female boxer that
she is exhausted because she isn't breathing. Many people
breathe shallowly or hold their breath in when situations
are uncomfortable. This makes us fatigued and unenergetic.
One good tool is to close the right nostril off and slowly
breathe through the left side. Begin by filling the
diaphragm, then feel the ribs expand and finally feel the
breath in the top of the lungs. Hold it for 5 to 10 seconds.
Then slowly exhale and hold breath out for 5 seconds. Stay
on that side doing it. After a few minutes switcch and cover
the left nostril breathing through the right side. This
will open up both hemispheres of the brain and add more
balance between the parasympathetic nervous system and
sympathetic nervous system. The mind follows the breath so
if it slows down so will the monkey mind.

Miracle II Applications:

A number of people are curious about Miracle II Products
and have heard of so many contexts to apply the products
that it seems hard to believe. Here's a few ways
specifically that the products have been used:

Clayton Tedeton (Founder of Products) talks about how they
did the test study. Over 90% of people had Yeast, Mold,
Fungus & Parasites in their body. Miracle Products has the
ability to change that. Because it changes the pH. The
Neutralizer runs pH 8.4

1) My Mother suffers from arthritis, so I called her and
said, "Mom, this is not an option, you need to order some
of this Miracle product. I want you to try it."

She bought the product and I told her what to do with it.
This was on a Friday and the following Monday she was going
in for an epidermal because the arthritis was so bad they
gave her shots for the pain.

I thought we'll never know if it works on Mom, but she
called me last weekend and said, "Honey, I've got to have
more of this product. I've been doing what you said and my
age spots are going away!"

Her friend has had a scalp problem for years and none of
the dermatologists have been able to give her any help.
Mom shared some of the product with her. Needless to say

I also ordered some product for my mother-in-law who has
chronic arthritis. When the products came in I told her to
take a 40-minute bath with the Miracle Soap and the

settle down with a good book.

I didn't hear from her for a week and she said, "I can't
believe it, I made a fist this morning for the first time
in ten years, and I have all this energy!"

2)Talk about cost effective! If I were to fill up a 32 oz.
spray bottle at home I put 1 oz. soap and 1 oz. nuetralizer
and fill the rest of the bottle up with water. This mixture
cleans everything beautifully. It cleans glass spotlessly,
chrome shines up, it disinfects, and actually seems to keep
areas cleaner longer. One of my gals at work said to me
about a week into using the soap..."I would think these
bathrooms had already been cleaned when I come in at night
to clean them except for the paper towels in the cans!" Even
some of my employees who aren't so great at the details of
cleaning can't loose when they use the soap to clean with.
It looks fabulous when they're done. I believe that we bless
every person whose desk is sprayed and wiped off weekly with
this product! Wiping walls off is a breeze with this as
