I messed up and hate bread yesterday, which seems to have made my gum
inflammation worse. However, I also bought oil of oregano and bilberry to
help clear up the remaining inflammation. That has helped a lot. Today and
yesterday at lunch, I had them customize my salad to leave out problem items
and add in foods with medicinal effects. My salad yesterday was lettuce,
cucumbers, apples, and walnuts. Today it was all of that plus carrots.
Potato soup and chocolate cheese cake rounded out lunch. I ran a fever for
a time after lunch today and have felt better since. Presumably the healthy
foods I ordered gave my body the support it needed to fight this infection.
