I did have some bread yesterday -- hot out of the oven at a restaurant,
consumed with some spicey vegetables and meat that were really good for me.
And I had a slice of pizza of today. I do not seem to be significantly
worse.
So I am reminded that yeast is more tolerable from me when it is in
something cooked fresh. That is why I avoid store-bought bread so much and
have for years. That is also undoubtedly why having sandwiches for lunch
for almost two weeks had such a negative effect on me.
I still plan on avoiding yeast as much as possible. But I also need to keep
in mind that it's okay for me to sometimes have HOT, FRESH leavened foods
that contain yeast.
