zurama Thanks for your response thats what I want they tell me I'm
things like I'm tying their hands. I pointed out all the kids who use
them in the class don't talk. i won't allow it and my son is one of

I personally would push him to talk more, rather then let him rely on on a communications device. Mickie was about to start using one, when he began picking up...

I agree with Zurama that pushing him to talk is the better way to go than making it easier for him not to talk.  My son didn't talk until he was six years old...

Oh no, you are not alone. I had a big fallout with Mickie former speech therapist and I had her removed from his case. She told me that the window was closed...
