Empower Your Self Through Creativity, Abundance and Joy

The Nature of a Human Being is to be creative.  We create with our every Thought, Word and Deed; we are connected within to an infinite source of Energy and Creativity, which in reality is the whole Universe.

So why do human beings feel lack?  Is it because the money in the world is in the hands of 5% of the world's population?  Are we selling ourselves short in real terms by focusing so much on money and not enough on our own creative powers?

It is time to look within and to learn to work with your own source energy and your dreams and passions to mould the subtle energies and bring that through to this physical reality.

A good analogy would be that of the potter.

A person who works with clay takes the Earth element; using his or her creativity and creative knowledge, the potter shapes the clay, adding a little of the water element.  He or she creates the space within the pot for the air element, and focuses on removing as much as possible of the air element from within the clay; otherwise the pot will shatter during the firing.  The firing is the time when the potter brings in the fire element, which transforms the clay from being pliable to being solid and fixed in shape.

This is a perfect example of how the subtle energies within – working through the five elements – transform an idea into physical reality.  We see this process taking place all around us, with architects' ideas appearing as all the buildings within our village, town or city.

Money has no reality beyond that which we assign to it; it is just a concept, a medium of exchange, and it has no value except that which we decide to give to it; yet it causes us to feel lack (even those of us who have a lot of money, who nevertheless often are not aware of having enough of it) – when, in reality, we are connected to an abundant source of Energy and Creativity.  At some point in the creative process we give our power away to financial institutions (with the exception of those with strong codes of ethics), as we think we need this stuff called money.

Let's all reconsider our top-heavy beliefs about the importance of money and stay centred in our own power source, our own creativity.  This is all about changing our belief system.  Let's re-introduce some very ancient concepts into the mix of ideas from which we fashion our beliefs: if we are made of energy and everything else in the Universe is also made of energy; if energy cannot be created or destroyed as it is eternal in nature; where, then, does lack come from?

Whence came our belief that there is not enough of the stuff of life – so that we feel we have to fight each other to acquire that which is lacking, when it is there all the time and there is an infinite supply of it?

How do we change our belief systems to focus on creating from within ourselves and using the five elements to fix those creative thoughts into physical reality?  How do we invent another set of beliefs that releases the hold which money has over us?

Let's all be free thinkers, using our creativity to manifest that which we choose. 

It is good to do this responsibly, in creative ways where we create beauty and abundance for, and all around, ourselves.

Let's look for ways that we can live in peace with each other and share our creativity to transform our world into a beautiful, loving place to live, where we all feel abundant and empowered to create and manifest our dreams, and to live life in fulfilment.

The Time Before Sleep is Very Special

This is a time where you can reflect on what has happened in the day; and, if you are relaxed and at peace, you may notice thoughts coming into your head about what it is you would like to do tomorrow.  If you have good visual powers of communication you may be able to watch your activity for the coming day unfolding in your mind's eye.

You may see people who are important in your life in your mind's eye as you go to sleep.  These people may be your loved ones; or, people who have passed to Spirit – perhaps a long time ago – may come around you and work with you on a daily basis.

The best is just to be a silent witness to their presence and to observe the message they bring without trying to control or influence its outcome.  These people have entered your space for a reason, so it is best just to silently witness the message they bring.

Putting your attention on them is enough to give them the energy to come forward.  Be open to their presence and, silently with your awareness, ask for them to come closer.  Be settled yet observant: look to the details and be aware of anything they bring with them.

This period before sleep is a good time to send messages telepathically to loved ones who may be separated from you at the moment.  Distance is no barrier: just a gentle loving thought held within the mind and heart using your feelings and emotions will go a long way.

This system works just the same for people on the Earth Plane and for people who have passed over.  The spiritual essence of the person is the same and is in reality immortal and part of the eternal continuum of Now.

The time before sleep is also a good time to send loving thoughts of healing and support to our friends and relatives who may benefit from this.  Know that as you settle down at night – as your body becomes relaxed and you start to drift off into sleep – your awareness settles too; you can allow your awareness to expand in many directions and dimensions – to feel at one with the whole universe.

It is this feeling of wholeness and expanded vision that helps us to see our way around blockages – to see that we are part of a bigger system, which will send us messages and support if we are relaxed and open to receive them.

If you have any issues you would like to receive specific answers to, you can hold the question in your awareness as you drift off to sleep.  Your subconscious mind will take over the question while you're asleep and work on it for you.

So that when you awake you will feel relaxed and at peace again and the answer to your question will drift into your awareness.  This may be as a vision or a feeling or an emotion; or it could even be the next news item you watch on television or the words of the next song you hear.

All I am saying is to be consciously aware, and the message will come back to you when the time is right.  This is a process of letting go and releasing tension from within your body, so you can settle down and fully reflect the source energy within your heart.

When you get up in the morning look for the joy and your most exciting thought; know that the universe uses the feeling of pleasure and joy to guide you in the most evolutionary direction.

Be relaxed and enjoy some of these ideas as you go to bed at night; watch how your life seems to go with the flow and get the support of the whole universe.

Seeing Spiritual Energy above one's bed, surrounding one at night; am I seeing my own Aura?

It is true that we are all looking through our Aura at the world around us.  The world shows up as a reflection of our personal emanations.  We tend to be most sensitive to this at the junction point between waking and sleeping.

As we go to bed at night it can be like going into a kind of meditation as our physiology relaxes and settles down.  As our body relaxes our mind also settles and becomes calmer and clearer; and we can become sensitive to the energies in our Aura.  Our third eye may open up and we can receive clairvoyant images.

As a child, I used to find that the patterned wallpaper in my bedroom would go into human faces and forms.  I feel this was a kind of clairvoyant image perhaps of a spiritual being who had come to visit me; who was using the pattern within the wallpaper as the basis of his or her physical form, and then manifested a little electromagnetic plasma to bring his or her face out of the wallpaper and get it to take shape in physical form a little within the room.

You have also got the astrological influence more at night; when the direct sunlight goes away with the setting of the sun, we are left with the reflected light from the moon and the planets.  Perhaps near full moon you notice you sleep less and have strong emotional energy surging through your body? 

We are receiving reflections of the full electromagnetic spectrum from all the planets – the whole industry of astrology has been built up to interpret these influences, grouping them under the twelve houses and five elements, and seeking to work out the complex individual influence the planets can have depending on their relative position to your Sun Sign and natal chart and the zodiac characteristics of each sign.

You live in a web of energy which surrounds and influences you every minute of every day.  I am not surprised that from time to time you become aware of this Energy.

If you already take an interest in sunspot activities, you will be aware that there can be huge Coronal Mass Ejections (M Class and X Class flares) of electromagnetic radiation which reach Earth 8 days later and create Geomagnetic storms and Aurora Borealis – know locally as the Northern Lights.

Even though we cannot see this electromagnetic radiation from the sunspots we do feel its influence with our consciousness and it can lead to mood changes – for no apparent reason, as the influence is usually invisible, except that we can watch the Northern Lights if we live in the right part of the planet.

The purpose of the above comment is to bring home to you that your body and consciousness are also made of the same energy and that each of our senses just interprets the same energy vibration in different ways.  You are a conscious electromagnetic entity.  You can verify this by going to have your brain waves checked on an Electro Encephalograph.

Therefore, I am not surprised you can see energy above your bed at night.  Given the above mentioned energy fields we live in, I think you will start to become aware too of that.  I find it more surprising that so many people cannot see energy, either as an Aura or as energy just being in a room.

Remember, the World is As You Are: you project an energy field in front of yourself and around you which helps to create your reality.  The whole philosophy of the Law of Attraction says that you create your reality through every Thought, Word and Action that comes from you.  Therefore I recommend positively thinking, dreaming and imagining of a world full of peace, happiness and harmony.

Seeing Spiritual Energy in Everyday Life

When I was talking of seeing spiritual energy, this is nothing to be concerned about, as it is well known that the human body has an energy field surrounding it, called the Aura.  It is this Aura – or light body – that underlies your physical body and, in religious-mystical terms, may be referred to as the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit).

Your whole body is made of energy vibrating at different levels and at different frequencies.  When I am talking of your spiritual energy, I am meaning the finer matter which vibrates at a higher frequency, and which is just within the range that sensitive people can perceive.

Everyone who is sensitive has the option to open their self to these experiences, and they are completely natural and normal to have.

I do not feel there is any dichotomy – in the sense of a "one or the other" choice you have to make – between seeking spiritual development to the point of enlightenment and curing your physical body, through healing and bringing yourself back into balance.

All that enlightenment is, is Self-realisation, which you achieve through raising your vibration by means of a spiritual practice like Meditation or by just being consciously aware of your Self on all levels.

This process of spiritual ascension of the individual can be accomplished in any state of health, as it is a journey within your Self.  You do not have to go anywhere or practise any technique: just relaxing and releasing are enough to allow the mind to settle down and be aware of its own nature.

There is a lot of talk at the moment of digital cameras – including video cameras used for surveillance of premises – picking up images of Orbs of light, which some people think are balls of spiritual energy or electromagnetic plasma, of an underlying spiritual essence; or highly-evolved, four-dimensional beings, etc.

Human consciousness is evolving and more and more people are becoming aware that they are not separate from their environment.  We are all connected by being creatures of the biosphere in which we live along with a myriad diversity of other creatures, breathing the same air with many of them; and by the energy being given off by our chakra system and being received by another's, in a two-way flow that connects us with all other living beings.  Even so-called inanimate matter exhibits lifelike behaviours, such as those of what scientists term "structured water".

The medical profession is beginning to realize, as ever more sensitive machines are developed, that we live in an energy field which can now be measured and proven to exist.

What medical researchers are increasingly realizing – as did brilliant scientific minds such as Galileo, Newton, Einstein – is that this energy is becoming conscious of its own existence, and human consciousness is shifting from that of seeing ourselves only as individuals to that of realizing that we are all also part of a greater whole.

As evolution takes place and ascension continues, humans are increasingly recognizing that We Are All One.  This realization is spreading out like the ripples on a pond, taking in increasing numbers of people as the ripples expand.  All humankind is linked on many levels and in many dimensions; and we are realizing that to hurt anyone in the world is to hurt a part of ourselves.

I feel it is this wholeness of life – the conscious awareness that We Are All One that you already have – which will help you to bring balance back into your life.

How to Move on from Break-Up and Find Happiness

The Nature of "Being" in New Spirituality

What is the nature of New Spirituality?  – Is it simply the difference between "doing" –  as in the work we do, and "being" – as in our current state of consciousness?  Or could there be a deeper meaning to "being", which also takes in our "sponsoring belief" systems?

When we talk about our "being", this is even finer than our "nature".  What do I mean by our "nature"?  An example: every type of plant in the garden has its own "nature", which is expressed through the genes of that plant – the factors that determine the texture, shape and colour of the leaves and flowers.  The human body has its own gene system, which determines our "nature" and sets the shape and expression of our own body.

And what do I mean by our "being"?  By our "being", I am referring to our "core" nature or our spiritual essence; this transcends our physical qualities and our individuality and brings us to a field of Oneness.  It is this understanding of Oneness that is the fundamental "belief" system which we are realizing.

New spirituality is about the understanding that we are spiritual beings first.  By spirit, I mean that we cannot be seen or touched: we are that which is pure essence, or soul.  Quantum physics describes this essence of Self as being like a vacuum which underlies physical creation.

Even though it is a vacuum – which, by nature, cannot be described, as it is pure emptiness – it is a field teeming with potentiality and full of invisible forces which shape our physical body and our thoughts and feelings.

This Oneness energy, which underlies physical creation, is like a magnet which has a force field around it.  You cannot see the force field of a magnet until you put a piece of paper over it and sprinkle iron filings on top.  Then when you tap the paper the energy pattern of the force field takes shape on the paper.  The force field follows the nature of the magnet.

Human consciousness is waking up to its own spiritual nature – a field alive with potentiality, which is like all the forces of the universe coming to a point within the emptiness of the void or vacuum; then coming out into physical manifestation, as our light body; and, finally, slowing down and manifesting as our physical body.

Human consciousness is like the invisible potentiality of the magnet – that invisible field of energy which is made up of pure essence or light, and forms the aura around the body, like the force field surrounding a magnet.

As we move into the New Spirituality, we are noticing that our individual consciousness has its basis in this underlying quantum field which connects everything in the universe together.  That field of pure spiritual essence – or Universal Life Force, or God – is what connects us to everything.

As New Spirituality grows and we realize We Are All One, we start to see that each person's human consciousness adds to the underlying field of potentiality – creating a group consciousness, which manifests in the world in patterns of synchronicity, where all things are co-ordinated by this invisible underlying energy field.

We can tap into this underlying field through various spiritual practices like meditation or contemplation.  We can bring our mind and feelings to a realization through conscious awareness of our universal nature of Oneness with the creator God.

When we act from this state of being our every thought, word and deed are in tune with the whole universe and are supported by it.  This creates a life of spontaneous right action and streamlined evolution.  In this state of conscious awareness you are fully awake to your universal nature, and life becomes a frictionless process of expressing the joy you feel in your heart.

What do I mean by "One's Nature"?  Take a few seconds to consider all the different types of dogs in the world.  You would never see a greyhound mimicking the nature of a German shepherd: it is not in its make-up or nature to do so.

Yet, we watch young people every day reading magazines or watching videos and saying: I would like to be like that movie star or this celebrity – even though their body type may be completely different from that of the celebrity they want to copy.

The millennia-old Indian health system known as Ayurveda says that bodies are all a mixture of three basic elements, in greater or lesser proportions.

The central concept of Ayurvedic medicine is the theory that good health exists when there is a balance between these three fundamental bodily humours or "doshas" – called Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

·         Vata is the "impulse principle".  It is necessary for mobilizing the functioning of the nervous system and the transmission of messages throughout the body.  It corresponds to the physical elements of air and ether.

·         Pitta is the "energy principle".  It uses bile to direct digested food into the venous system, and hence governs the metabolism.  It corresponds to the physical elements of fire and water.

·         Kapha is the "body fluid principle".  It relates to mucous, lubrication and the carriage of nutrients into the arterial system.  It corresponds to the physical elements of water and earth.

People may have one of the doshas in their body in a particularly high proportion, but none of the doshas is absent in any body.

Ayurveda takes into account observations that the tastes of foods or herbs have specific physiological effects.  Those tastes that become transformed after digestion (Vipaka) are more powerful.

·         Sweet - Madhura
Sweet foods nourish, cool, moisten, oil, and increase weight

·         Sour - Amla
Sour foods warm, oil, and increase weight

·         Salty - Lavan
Salty foods warm, dissolve, stimulate, soften, oil, and increase weight

·         Bitter - Katu
Bitter foods cool, dry, purify, and decrease weight

·         Pungent - Tikta
Pungent foods warm, dry, stimulate, and decrease weight

·         Astringent - Kasaya
Astringent foods cool, dry, and reduce stickiness.

You can see from the above that by observing which dosha is in the highest proportion in our body and selecting types of food that mitigate the effects of that dosha ("pacify" it), we can transform ourselves, yet stay true to our basic body type and nature.

Our body supports our efforts in this direction by always moving towards a balanced state; so that once we engage in the balancing process ourselves, our body helps us complete it.

Human beings have many different roots to their nature.  These roots may be based, for instance, in their country of origin, their race, or the part of the world they live in – i.e. a very hot country or a cold country.  Our body's genes are our internal programming, which helps construct our body type through evolution.

It is important in this Now Moment to be aware of our genetic evolution and body type, and to relate this to the environment in which we live; if we find our environment tends to accentuate our predominant dosha (if we have one), it is a good idea either to consider moving to a different climate, or to take steps to re-balance our body through our eating and drinking patterns and our lifestyle.

We all know we can change ourselves through mind over matter.  I feel it is better to do this with awareness of our true nature and to be ourselves, in a conscious, creative way, so we can evolve and stay in perfect health and harmony while we bring about changes in our life.

I thought I would ask as many of you who have time to tune into the
live WebCast of the Crimson Circle Conference, which is talking place
from 1.30 pm Monday 17th September, Denver Colorado Time until
Wednesday 19th September.

To log onto the Site, which is free go to:

taken to the Home Page.  Or skip intro.

On the Home Page look on the top left and corner for the Live WebCast
Logo, and click on that.

If you scroll down you will see the times of all the sessions.
Please choose one which is convenient for you to either listen or
Watch the Live Video feed.  Then if it is time click the link to "log
in" or "register".  Then "I do not wish to donate at this time".
Then "Listen Live Now" or "Watch Live Video"  All these links are
near the bottom of the pages.

You may be required to open a free login account but the info you
need to give is minimal.

You will also need to have the free RealPlayer on your computer,
which can be downloaded from http://www.real.com make sure you only
download the free version of the player if you do not already have it.

Once you have created your log-in account you can go to the Channel
Library and test the system beforehand if you want.

Human Consciousness can be measured with an Electro-Encephalograph (EEG) machine.  What we do not see is the non-physical aspects in the Aura of the person – the electromagnetic field of energy that surrounds the Human Body.

The Human Aura is multi-dimensional; it is not just a shell-like field of energy which is like an egg around the body.  It has different layers, which correspond to the different layers of the physical body: the Whole Body, Organs, Cells, Molecules, Atoms, Finer Particles, Light Body and Core Being or Vacuum.

As well as these layers we have the Energy Centres – Chakras – coming out like cones.  As the colours of these cones merge with each other we see different colours of light being formed to give us a point in the Aura of each shade and hue.

You can watch the Aura having different shades of points of light, acting like radio tuners receiving similar frequencies from our environment; the Human Body can tune into all frequencies at the same time and we can interpret these with our emotions and feelings.

When we smile we can feel the energy in our cheeks extending out from our body like angel's wings or like a magnetic field; this is created within the body, as would happen in a bar magnet.  The field of energy which our physical body creates extends out into the non-physical Aura and beyond, like the force field surrounding a magnet.

Our body is sensing the astrological influences from the planets, as we exist in the Earth's Magnetic Field.  All these different electromagnetic levels of energy and force have an influence on our consciousness and our thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

We notice how we feel happier on a bright, sunny day than we do when dark storm clouds are over us.

We live in an invisible field of Electromagnetic Energy which covers the full spectrum: Gamma Rays, X-Rays, Ultraviolet, Visible Light, Infra-red, Radio Frequencies, etc.  We are connected as One with this field of Energy and it is part of our Conscious Awareness.

As well as this natural electromagnetic field from our solar system, we are also influenced by the electromagnetic smog of mobile phones, TV and radio and all the other methods of man-made communication using this underlying field of energy in which we live.

Human consciousness can use the underlying electromagnetic field to send messages telepathically, and to get premonitions and dιjΰ-vu insights. 

The Universe uses this field of Power and Force in an effortless way, to bring about synchronicities in our life; our vibration draws to us the things which are patterned in our being; something magical seeks us out and happens in our life.

As more humans become aware of this non-physical electromagnetic field of energy, it grows stronger and the synchronicities happen more often.  The accident rate is declining as everything acts as part of the whole and moves in a frictionless flow of life in Conscious Awareness.

YOU CAN CREATE the wealth, love and abundance your heart has always known is its birthright.  This is the time to wake up to who you really are.

Your success in life flows through your imagination and your willingness to see your Self as being one with all that is in the universe.  You have the power within your Self to connect to your Higher Self and draw to you those things you desire to bring into your life.

Use your imagination to see your Self already doing the things you desire.  Your imagination is your magical key to connecting to your Higher Self.  Know that all the wealth in the world is already a part of you, there is no separation.  You already own all the wealth in the world.

Awareness is moving from that of the individual mind to that of the Universal Mind.  Your feelings and your heart are the route to making this connection.  Look into your heart for the desires that make your heart sing.

Feel the wealth which is already yours when you realize you are the Universal Life Force.  You are one with Life, one with God.  You are God creating through your thoughts, words and deeds.

Use your imagination to create what your heart desires Now, in this moment.  Your imagination knows no boundaries.  There is no need to have any physical manifestation of your desire at the time of imagining and feeling with all your senses the experience your heart desires Now.

If you have not found your perfect partner yet, start to imagine what qualities they have.  See them in your mind's eye.  Talk to them telepathically using your Inner Voice.  Feel their answers coming back and the joy they feel knowing you are there for them.

You can feel more wealth flowing into your life.  Feel all the emotions, and experience what your heart desires.  Use your imagination to see your Self living a fully abundant life.

You have more wealth available to you than you could possibly imagine.  It is already a part of your Self, you already have it within you Now; there is no separation. 

Call it forth to manifest in your physical life, starting with the Imagination — THOUGHT.  Talk to your friends about your desire and explain to them what it feels like when you think about your dream — WORD.  Take action to move towards that which you desire, knowing that the Universal Life Force will guide you in the right direction — DEED.

Know that Humanity is One, we are all aspects of each other.  As above, so below.  If we fill our heart with the love of the Universal Life Force and allow it to flow through us, we have the support of the whole universe.

As human consciousness expands and integrates and connects back to its Source, we feel the splendour of who WE ARE, Now.
