Dear Post-Bacs:

Please note below the change in the time the Friday dedicated informal post-
bac OChem I lab (Chem 334) will be meeting. Instead of 9-1, it will meet 9-10
and 2-5. The Chem 333.02 lecture section will remain unchanged - MWF, 2:10-
3:00.

A second section of Organic Chem I (Chem 333.02) is being offered this fall as
part of the recently created formal post-bac program (see
http://online.sfsu.edu/~brothman/PHPCP.htm ). The class is designed for 50
students: 25 formal post-bacs and 25 informal (2nd-bacs). It meets MWF,
2:10-3:00. The infomal post-bacs will pay the usual SFSU fees.

There is an informal post-bac-specific lab section (Chem 334) that corresponds
to this lecture. It will meet on Fridays, 9-10 and 2-5. This lab may not have
appeared yet on the SFSU Online class schedule, but it will soon.

In order to best match the two post-bac populations, no undergraduates or Open
U students will be allowed to pre-register for this class. If we do not fill
the 25 informal slots, we will consider admitting undergrads and Open U
students on the first day of class (August 30).
