Hi all,

On the day of the Katrina event, there will be a dinner held from
4:30 to 5pm and a health related talk from 5-7pm. They will be
serving authentic Louisiana cuisine catered by a local restaurant.
The speakers during this time are very inspirational people from
Louisiana, who are very active now with helping the victims of the
hurricane. This is an amazing opportunity, if you are able to
attend. I recommend staying the entire time from 4:30-7pm. I think
it may be a little rude to leave while the speakers are talking.

They will be asking students for a $5 donation at the door, but it
will definitely not be required. There also a limit of 75 people who
can
attend the dinner. And it will be first come, first serve.
