If you are doing the hCG diet and not tweaking or cycling but would like to hear about our experiences and perhaps add insight, you are welcome. However be aware that this is an off-protocol list!

This will be a non-critical place to come and share experiences while tweaking the diet and/or cycling.

We always encourage new people to the diet to do a complete round first, phases 2, 3 and 4, but you are welcome to come and learn from our experiences :)

Most people in this group follow Dr. Simeon's protocol with some modifications.

Also, if you are dealing with depression, hormone therapy, PCOS, thyroid issues, this also is a great place to come and discuss those issues.
