Maybe a type of birth defect such as autoimmune metabolic issues

Time to 'think outside the box' ... this example  +  help

What could be going on?  My twins were never thin. a strange thing happened at 4 years of age when they really ballooned up and became obese and i have no idea why that happened. one of my girls has recently obtained a normal weight but the other is still quite overweight and feeling oh so depressed about it

Children diagnosed with PDCD · Pyruvate Dehydrogenase ComplexDeficiency

Is there any chronic fatigue syndrome issues in a parent or grandparent?

There is an autoimmune metabolic weight issue that might be the cause, if so

Maybe it's not your fault ?

Endocrine disruption such as diabetes    and syndrome X  (with belly fat & lipid profile becoming worse)  ... may all be part of what you're dealing with

There is a danger that when one feels desperate, you can take diet stuff that will harm you.  Consider glyconutrient food supplements!

What I'm learning about glyconutrients on a discussion forum + Links

If you want to add anything, you are most welcome

An intro for doctors - by a doctor :

Supplying Glyconutritionals in the diet has enabled the body to modulate the immune system: elevate those elements that are too low, as in Cancer and AIDS; reduce those that are too high, as in autoimmune diseases; or do both, as in most of the immune dysfunctions!! This Modulation had been considered impossible-something never before seen in Medicine
