Hello, I m 21 years old and I have been on Depo since August of this year. I
chose this for many reasons too. My dr said the protection starts immediately
when u get injection, unlike Pill that takes about one month. Anyways, I like
Depo very much... only problems i have with it is spotting daily, sleepy most of
time, headaches (but they are starting to go away which is good thing :) ) and
some weight gain. That is about it, otherwise I have no problems with it at
all. I hope it goes really well for your daughter.
