If the hcl slow returns every two yrs(after 2cda for me) or if
rituxan results in a longer remission(4 yrs on my first course),
mywbc would start dropping along with platelets and Hemegobin. I
felt tired most of the time when my hemogobin started dropping. Bl
22 at Nat Institute of Health might be an option also, sometimes
antibodies keep it from working, though i have heard you can get
after a course of 2cda which represses the antibodies and allows the
bl 22 to work. I was diagnosed about 1991 at 40, now 55, male, and
only worry about it when I get treated, blood cked every 3 to 6
months, my Dr was nice enough to let me decide when I wanted to see
him again and still get the periodic blood cks, as I felt just the
handshake and hands on spleen ck was reduntant since the blood cks
seem to be the tell all!
Sound like you have an excellent diet and exercise program! Good
luck!

I try to walk some every day to build my stamina up,even if I have to
go inside a big department store to walk, it seems to help, wks the
big muscles in the legs, the heart and lungs. Also stretching my
hamstrings daily keeps my back from acting up, orange juice daily to
prevent cramps, wear a hood if outside in any type of cool wind,
chicken soup if sniffles or allergies act up, keep some vicodin
around for bad sore throats, my tips for feeling well after the hairy
cell started working on me. I also try to eat healthier, gave up most
alchohol, one drink every so often, stay out of cigarette smoke(had
to give up karaoke) so there are some benefits to getting a slow
chronic disease
