Ok... I am looking for opinions or help. I have been wearing extensions for
15 years. I had been wearing European hand tied extensions in 22" length #4.
My supplier moved and I no longer have access to the hair I had been wearing
for years. I never had any matting or tangling. The hair stayed shiny and
beautiful for 2 years at a time.

I have since bought European Virgin Remi??? I have bought this hair 3 times
during the last several months from different vendors. Each time, I have
found that after 2 washings, the hair has become brittle, lost shine and is
matting terribly underneath.

I blow dry the hair... Is it possible that I am burning off the cuticle and
that is why I am having these problems.

I have tried the cheeper cuticle free, tangle free chinese hair, and that
hair does stay tangle free, but since the hair is machine tied, it sheds
alot.

am used to wearing good hair and I feel like I have thrown out so much
money. am beginning to think that I am just doing something wrong. I don't
know if the European hair I used to wear had cuticles in tact, but I never
experienced the problems I am having.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
