From the descrition it sound like they are probably using a silicone based
bonding adhesive to do it... in one breath theres no adhesive but in the next
breath, they use Protective Sealant .
It sound s as if they are taking loose strands, holding it in place w..
floss then SEALING a few strands around it to hold it on to the root .
