Greetings from somewhere far out east,

I have a full head of long blond dreads and multicolored synthetic extensions. I
recently moved to japan. In mpls., i was used to getting my maintenances
(synthetics and all) done at the hair police, but there is no hair police here.
does anyone know of a stylist able to do a dread maintenence in japan? By any
chance?
