mmmm....why are ya askin....in my case, i have always been into alteranative
hairdos and lifestyles.....i have freinds that are into reggae, i am a musician,
and it started me thinkin....i have been on a workout routine for over twenty
years that is based on the grreek warrior workout system....it's a long boring
story, but in doin the research i found that certain greek warriour societies
wore dreads....then i found out that vikings did too...and the danites....the
jewish warriour tribe....delilah cut samsons locks, not his curls or his hair,
but his locks....and i realixed that it was an ancient hairdo that was owned by
no one.....i have lived the warrior lifestyle for twenty years, why not wear the
hairdo.....it is interestin that the racism that is rampant in the dread
community about it bein an african hairstyle, and any whitey that is werarin
dreads is just tryin to steal the culture....bull.....tell it to the spartans,
the vikings, the germanics, and everyone elses....true, the rastas brought it
back, and thank you very much, i love you guys, but it is a natural hairstyle
for all.....let the dreads fall where they may....el jefe, presidente nacion de
bulldogge....ps, the lady that did my locks tied knots at my scalp...no rubber
bands, or nothin....backcomb, and tie knots....it's a committment.....plain and
simple.....luv ya....
