Hey Strawberry, I was just in your 2005 albulm and noticed Megan with
what looks like bleached blonde hair and a fresh pretty dread perm. I
haven't tried dread perming over bleached hair yet but Hairpolice did
say it was possible. Do you do many dread perms on bleached hair? Do
you ever opt out and encourage blonde synth instead? Do you use tressa
and whats a common timing for bleached? test strand first? Your dread
sage opinions and advise are most valued!
