Re: [hair extensions and dreadlocks] Knotty boy dread removal kit

Yep, they're both products from Aveda. All of the Sap Moss products are
*fabulous* but I knew I was going to be using a *lot* of conditioner so I chose
the Cherry Bark (not a color enhancer--just a *deep* conditioner) since it's
quite a bit cheaper than the $65 Sap Moss conditioner. I went to Sally beauty
supply and got a comb that had both wide and narrow teeth and a pick on the end.
The pick was invaluable for getting them out. I've been using the Sap Moss
shampoo and the Damage Remedy conditoner/deep conditioner and my hair is back to
normal! My hair was a bit thin in the beginning, but thanks to the Aveda stuff
and a good B-Vitamin supplement, my hair is back and better than ever!

They say love is a lot of things, but you know someone loves you when they help
you comb your dreadies out!
