and i swear i posted it a while back

we don't do it
cuz its a non necessary thing
right after the dreadperm
usually the bases are tight enuff
when we do the dreadperm
then in 2 months they have grown
and its a good time for us to monitor what the person is doing

we used to do them that way years ago
but now we wait until the first 2 month grow out
