Step 1: Recognize that you are in fact having anxiety or panic
attacks.
Step 2: Identify what triggers your attacks. You might think you
already know what those triggers are -- and you may be surprised to
find out what they really are.
Step 3: Obtain an accurate diagnosis from a doctor or a qualified
professional, or identify for yourself what type of Anxiety or Panic
Disorder you suffer from. This is key to getting relief from your
fear and panic.
Step 4: Share your feelings with someone you trust to help you such
as a friend or a family member.
Step 5: Follow a few simple procedures to help you cope with an
