Description
We go to gym for exercise with machines. We do yoga for mental fitness and flexibility. The purpose of going to gym is to building muscle shape and gain strength. Yoga helps in overall flexibility and improves your body both physiologically and psychologically. I practise gym and yoga. Have 4 instruments, I do gym. I have a treadmill, abslimer, push-up machine and rope for jumping, chest expander (with chains). After doing this, if you do yoga for half an hour, a one-hour fitness routine is completed. You can do yogasanas like mountain pose, tree pose, pabanmuktasan, sarbangasan, halasan, utthita padmasana, parbatasana, gomukhasana, etc. Meditation should be done in between the machine workout and the yoga poses.
