Jim, As a rule, food that isn't bit size, needs a knife to cut it, or something slender like chicken strips is difficult to eat. Personally, I just go for it...

good ideas. does anyone esle use mousse or gel? I felt I would feel like be a fraud if I used something to flatten it. Feel better now :) thanks rmowiliams...
