Bearded Ones,
I'm new here and wanted to say hello and ask a question. After keeping
my beard closely trimmed, then going to a van dyke, and finally clean
shaven, I am going long again. Last time my beard was very long I
looked rather wooly because it curled at the corners of my jaw and
under my chin. My question is this, can this be avoided? My chin
hair seems to curl under my chin instead of down. Is it just a matter
of letting it grow to sufficient length to pass the "curling" phase.
Or, would triming the top layer (on my chin) to let the under chin
hair grow longer keep it from curling under? Last time I had a good
legth but it was all curled up under my chin. I'd like to avoid that
if possible. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Rapahel in Tennessee
