One of the reasons we are here is to achieve that goal and to support one another through the day to day process of weight loss, both the struggles & successes. We don't have to do it alone. Daily reminders and weekly homework assignments help us along the way. Group members can follow all types of weight loss plans; such as Weight Watchers, Diabetic Diet, South Beach, GI Diet, Sugar Busters, Calorie counting & even their own weight loss plans.
